Mormon Funeral Potatoes
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 small container of sour cream
- 1 small can diced green chilies
- 1/4 cup milk
- Bag of shredded cheese
- Bag of frozen shredded hash browns
- Potato chips or cornflakes
Ingredients
Directions
- Mix everything except the cheese and potatoes in a bowl.
- Then dump in most of the cheese and all the potatoes. Mix thoroughly.
- Put in casserole dish and put put your final layer of cheese on top.
- Smash up some potato chips or spread some store brand cornflakes and put them on top.
- Cook at 300 degrees for an hour
